All promotions are reviewed to ensure they align with our community values and provide genuine value to homeschooling families. This is a curated space, and we prioritize relevance, quality, and usefulness for our members.
What is Not Allowed To Be Promoted
To maintain a helpful, community-focused environment, some types of promotions are not permitted within our promotional feature program.
At this time, we do not accept:

🚫 “Work from home” recruiting opportunities
🚫 Cryptocurrency, investing, or financial schemes
🚫 Adult, explicit, or age-inappropriate content
🚫 Political or divisive content
🚫 Spam-style promotions or engagement bait

🚫 Promotions that encourage members to move conversations to private messages unnecessarily
🚫 Repetitive or duplicate promotional submissions
🚫 Misleading claims, exaggerated income claims, or deceptive marketing practices
We reserve the right to decline any promotional submission that does not align with the overall culture, values, and interests of our homeschool community, even if it is not specifically listed above. Our goal is to keep promotional content helpful, relevant, and enjoyable for members.

Standard Promotional Feature
🩵 $10 per approved promotional post
Includes:
- Approval for one promotional post within our homeschool community
- Link sharing allowed within the approved post or in the comments of the post
- placement within the group feed
- Manual review to maintain quality and category balance
Please note:
- Approved promoters are responsible for publishing their own post
- Promotional posts may not be scheduled in advance by admins
- Similar business categories may be limited on the same day to avoid oversaturation
Featured Partner Spotlight

Includes:
- Placement in the group’s featured section for one week

Featured spots are intentionally limited to maintain visibility and value for each featured business or creator.

To avoid oversaturation, we may limit the number of promotions accepted within the same category at any given time. Additional categories may be added or adjusted as the program grows.
Daily Promotional Time Slots
To help maintain a balanced posting flow within the community, promotional posts are limited to designated daily time slots. This helps prevent oversaturation while allowing promotional content to remain visible throughout the day.
Currently, six promotional spots are available per day:
🩵 Early Morning (6:00 AM–8:00 AM CST)
🩵 Late Morning (9:00 AM–11:00 AM CST)
🩵 Early Afternoon (12:00 PM–2:00 PM CST)
🩵 Late Afternoon (3:00 PM–5:00 PM CST)
🩵 Early Evening (6:00 PM–8:00 PM CST)
🩵 Late Evening (9:00 PM–11:00 PM CST)
Promotional opportunities are approved based on category balance, availability, and overall fit within the community. Similar business types may be limited within the same day to help maintain variety for members.

Submission Instructions
To help maintain a high-quality and organized promotional experience, all promotional opportunities go through a simple approval process before payment is requested.
- Complete the promotional submission form with your business information, links, images, and requested category.
- Submissions are reviewed for:
- homeschool/family relevance
- category availability
- overall fit within the community
- content quality and clarity
3. If your submission is approved, you will receive via email:
- payment instructions
- your assigned posting date
- your assigned posting time window
4. Once payment is received, your promotional spot will be confirmed.
5. Approved promoters are responsible for publishing their own promotional post during their assigned time slot.

Terms & Conditions
By submitting a promotional application and participating in our promotional feature program, you agree to the following terms:
Approval-Based Participation
All promotional submissions are subject to review and approval. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to approve or decline any promotion at our discretion to maintain community quality and relevance.
Payment Terms
Payment is only requested after approval. Once payment is received, the promotional placement is considered confirmed. All payments are final and non-refundable once a promotional slot has been scheduled or completed.
Posting Responsibility
Approved promoters are responsible for publishing their own promotional post within the assigned time slot. Failure to post within the designated window may result in forfeiture of the promotional placement without refund.
Content Standards
All promotions must be appropriate for a homeschool and family-focused audience. We reserve the right to decline content that does not align with community values, quality expectations, or category balance.
Category & Scheduling Limits
Promotional categories and time slots are limited to maintain variety and prevent oversaturation. Similar promotions may be restricted on the same day or within the same time period.
Engagement & Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee engagement, sales, clicks, or performance results from any promotional placement. Visibility is provided within a large community audience, but outcomes will vary.
Content Removal & Moderation
We reserve the right to remove or decline any promotional post that violates group rules, encourages spam, or negatively impacts community experience.
